This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase products from Haircoven via haircoven.com.


1. Shipping Locations

At this time, Haircoven ships retail products only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.


2. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak periods, sales, or promotions, processing times may be longer.

If there is any significant delay in processing your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.


3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

Orders are shipped using standard ground services from major carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or similar providers). The specific carrier and service may vary depending on your location, package weight, and other logistical factors.

Expedited or alternative shipping options may be offered at checkout when available.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the shipping address provided. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $75 or more (before taxes and discounts) may qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Any applicable free-shipping eligibility will be clearly indicated at checkout.


5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather events, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Haircoven is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after a package has been handed off for shipment.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information when available. Tracking details may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the package has been scanned by the carrier.


7. Incorrect Addresses and Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. Haircoven is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but are lost, stolen, or missing.

If your order arrives damaged, or if the tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us so we can review the situation and determine what assistance may be available.


9. Order Changes and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we may have a limited window of time to make changes or cancel it before it is processed for shipment. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated after an order has entered processing or shipped.


10. Returns Related to Shipping

Returns, exchanges, and any shipping costs related to returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Please review that policy for details on eligibility, return windows, and procedures.
